Good place for a drink and some down home grub. A man describing himself as a German imagrant threw beer on me and walked outside because I did not let his statement that Alan Greenspan should have died in a concentration camp". Bartender banned him for "ever". Other patrons were mostly good local folk out for a wonderful down from a long week of work. Bartender was superb and the people and atmosphere was cozy.

It’s truly a hole in the wall kinda place. No need to wear your Sunday best, it’s casual!! The staff is friendly and able to mix a decent cocktail for the most part. There are pool tables and a jukebox but the decor is pretty old and out dated. It is worth trying for the food. They have a good hamburger but if you get chicken strips, french fries, or the jojos ( my favorite), your order is served with a bucket of condiments to use for dipping. The choices that I remember include ketchup, tarter sauce, ranch, and a horseradish sauce.

Had lunch here more than once. Food is pretty good and the bartenders are pleasant and quick in the kitchen. The place has 2 pool tables, pull tabs, beer, wine, mixed drinks and a juke box.
